Shipping & Refund Policy
At Jahvaness Miracle Products LLC, we take pride in creating handcrafted organic body butters made with natural ingredients and without harsh stabilizers or synthetic fillers. We carefully package all orders to help protect products during transit; because our products are made with rich natural oils and butters, texture changes may occur during warmer temperatures or transit. We cannot guarantee products will not soften or melt due to weather conditions, mailbox temperatures, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. Customers ordering during warmer months acknowledge and accept the possibility of heat-related texture changes.
Warm Weather & Heat Exposure
During hot weather, your body butter may soften, melt, or lose its whipped texture while shipping. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, effectiveness, or benefits of the product. Once cooled, the body butter can be placed in the refrigerator for a short period of time to help restore firmness. Please note that the texture may change from its original whipped consistency after melting.
Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of our handmade organic skincare products, we do not offer refunds or replacements for melted, softened, or grainy body butters caused by heat exposure during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective for reasons unrelated to heat exposure, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
